Grand Theft Auto: Episodes from Liberty City ist ein selbstständiges CD-Pack mit beiden GTA-IV-Add-Ons Grand Theft Auto IV: The Lost and Damned und Grand Theft Auto: The Ballad of Gay Tony. Es wurde parallel mit der zweiten sogenannten Episode am 29. Oktober 2009 veröffentlicht. Dieses Pack benötigt nicht mehr das originale Grand Theft Auto IV zum Spielen. Es kostet 45€.
